A Cozy Winter Retreat with Exceptional Service!
I arrived during a near blizzard and was warmly welcomed by the staff. The King Room was spotless and offered a charming view of the snow-covered streets. Don't miss the complimentary breakfast. the warm muffins were a delightful surprise! Will definitely return for another winter escape.

good TV channels, convenient location, running trails outside
Old-looking and worn facilities need renovations!!! A warning about the deposit at check-in would be appreciated!!! More pillows and better bathroom conditions would improve comfort!!!

Great stay, just a bit noisy
I had a really nice time here! The room was small but clean, and I liked the flat-screen TV and mini fridge. The bed was a bit too soft for my taste, and I could hear my neighbor's TV. Breakfast was amazing—those waffles were the best! The staff were super friendly too.

The cozy atmosphere at Pepper Tree Inn felt like home, with charming decor that welcomes you warmly and easy access for my fellow seniors wandering about.
Improve noise insulation for better sleep quality.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and non-smoking rooms. I remember the staff helping me with an insect bite during my first stay. Highly recommend checking in early!

stayed at pepper tree inn for 3 nights and was very impressed. the room was clean and had nice touches like soap, toothpaste, and extra pillows. the location is close to a knotted tree trunk, which was a fun sight. the staff also went out of their way to help, like carrying my box to the room. free wi-fi was a bonus too!

I recently stayed here for one night and was pleasantly surprised by the running trails right outside my door and the heated pool. The room was clean and had a clean smell to it, which was a great relief! I might come back for the peaceful atmosphere alone.

would not hesitate to return there
the location is super convenient, just a few minutes from dining and highways. my king room had a microwave, refrigerator, and a coffee machine. the pool is heated, and the staff was really friendly, even offering to help with my luggage. breakfast was simple, but nice to have it included.

Strongly recommend for a brief visit
Quiet room, convenient location, I loved how the hotel is close to major shopping areas and offers free parking, making it easy to explore the city while still being only 20 km from the nearest airport.
The breakfast selection was limited and could use improvement.

We had a wonderful time exploring the nearby parks. The hiking trails offered stunning views, and my kids loved biking around the area. The room was spacious enough for all of us, making our family stay comfortable and enjoyable.
It would be great if there was a breakfast option for families with children.

Found this place to be a decent option with a clean room and a comfortable bed. Admired the friendly staff and their efficient service. However, the sound insulation wasn't great, and the breakfast offerings were quite basic, not living up to the expectations. Still, overall, it was satisfactory.

I was pleasantly surprised by the running trails right outside my room and the lovely berry bushes all around—what a treat! The heated pool made for a nice relaxing end to my day, and while the shower needed some maintenance, it didn't spoil my stay. I'd recommend taking advantage of the outdoor space to unwind a bit! 👍
